The Section offers a program through which local firms can financially support the Section’s activities and programs and be recognized for this support.  In 2006-07, a total of 39 firms participated in the program.

The Sponsorship Program helps the Section provide our various activities and programs for our membership, the civil engineering community in the Philadelphia area, and we greatly appreciate your commitment and support.

The Section offers several benefits to your firm for your sponsorship.  These include the following:

• Your business card will appear in each edition of THE NEWS, the most visible evidence of your support.  There are typically at least six editions of THE NEWS printed per season, starting in October and ending in April/May.  (Our optional Summer edition does not contain any sponsors’ cards.)

• At each Section meeting, a sponsor poster with your logo on it will be prominently displayed in the meeting room.

• Your firm will be eligible for the Meeting Sponsorship opportunity available only to Section sponsors.  This allows you to bring company representatives, literature, displays, handouts, and “give-aways” at a specific meeting at which your firm will be featured.

• Your firm can place two employment want ads on the Section website during the season free of charge.

• Your company profile can be featured in an article in one edition of The News.

• Your business card ad will be included in the event program for our annual Spring Social and Dinner Dance.

You may have seen the cards of those who have decided to become Section Sponsors for the current season throughout this edition.  If your firm is not in this esteemed group, and you would like to become a sponsor, this is the time to consider it.
