Our Section is fortunate enough to have a very active, motivated YMF. These younger members, ages 35 and under, make up a core group of the Engineering community and are extremely active in the planning of networking events, student outreach, community service, and technical presentation. The YMF is the key link between our Section and our Student Branches, and provides a great outlet for younger members who want to become more involved in ASCE.

 

The objectives of the YMF are as follows:

1) To provide networking opportunities for younger members;
2) To interact with schools and the general public to promote civil engineering;
3) To enhance career development for younger members.
